New town administrative aide


Ali Golz will be handling attendance, taking minutes, preparing meeting agendas, and performing other tasks for the community as the new administrative assistant at Freetown Town Hall. She had been a senior clerk for the building and health departments, and will replace Elsie Soares, who resigned last month. Longtime assistant Linda Remedis retired in 2010 after serving the town for more than 35 years.
