Fegan chosen for School Committee post

Tina Fegan, a physical therapist assistant and 13-year-town resident, was selected from a field of eight candidates and appointed to the School Committee on Monday. Fegan replaces Larry Azer, whose resignation took effect Dec. 31. The School Committee is also seeking successors for Superintendent Oscar Santos, who has said he will not seek to renew his contract ending in June, and committee member Sharon Swain,who resigned at Monday night’s meeting. Anyone interested in serving on the committee should e-mail aazer@randolph-ma.gov by this Tuesday.
