Networking over breakfast

In an effort to strengthen the relationship between civic and business leaders, the annual State of the Town address will be a breakfast, as opposed to a dinner, event this year. On Feb. 7 at 7:30 a.m., residents will hear the latest news from the chairman of the Board of Selectmen; the town manager; representatives from the school department; and the local business council. The breakfast meeting, which is sponsored by the town and the Hanover Chamber of Commerce, aims to attract busy residents to a $10 breakfast at which they can discuss shared goals and foster helpful relationships.
