The Feb. 1 groundbreaking ceremony for the new senior center has been postponed. Senior Center Building Committee chairman John Rogers said this was done to accommodate elderly residents who expressed concern over not being able to attend the event in cold weather. Rogers said they are planning to reschedule for mid-March.
