In 2011, Boudreau was one of two candidates for the top post in Falmouth, but lost to Julian Suso, formerly a town manager in Framingham. Boudreau, a former town administrator in Holbrook, currently earns more than $123,500 a year in Norwell as part of a three-year contract that ends in July 2013.
