Ten Chinese students are scheduled to arrive on Saturday for a weeklong visit to Avon Middle-High School. This is the fourth year Avon has participated in an exchange program with China, according to Principal Sharon Hansen. Last year, six Avon students and five adults visited Wenshan Middle School in China. While here, the Chinese students will stay with host families, attend school, and visit local attractions. The program is sponsored by Mass China Connect in association with the Massachusetts International Academy in Marlborough, Hansen said.
