Bridgewater’s Fahey qualifies in mile

In the summer, she was up at 4 a.m. to get in her run before heading off to work as an intern at Fidelity Investments in Boston. She has endured being sprayed with road salt during winter storms while racing through the streets of Waltham as part of her 60-mile-per-week training regimen.
