Selectmen are drafting a proposal for a moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries in town. Officials say the delay would give them time to draft potential zoning changes related to the facilities and to review any pertinent new regulations from the state. The moratorium would need approval of the spring Town Meeting, which is scheduled to start May 6.
