Old Rochester vocational school lands grant

Old Rochester Regional Vocational Technical High School is getting a $1.4 million grant from the Massachusetts School Building Authority for additions and renovations to the school. The authority’s board on Jan. 30 approved the schematic design and funding for the project, which will include replacing the roof and renovating a science lab. The school was built in 1975 and serves approximately 570 students in grades 9 through 12.
