Two men have already shown interest in running for the selectmen’s seat being vacated by Ron Gleason. Dennis Randall, a former selectman and current School Committee member, and Norman Harbinson, an Air Force veteran, have taken out nomination papers to fill the one year left in Gleason’s term. Harbinson also has taken out papers to run for the 3-year selectman’s seat held by chairman Joe Casna, who has not said whether he will run again. The deadline for returning nomination papers is March 11, said Town Clerk Mary Lou Murzyn, who said a candidate needs “50 good signatures” to get on the ballot for the April 27 election.
