Residents encouraged to read together

Space travel and life in New York City are the subjects of the books chosen for this year’s Dedham Reads Together event. The books – Truman Capote’s “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and Tom Wolfe’s “The Right Stuff” – are available at both branches of the Dedham Public Library and the Blue Bunny Bookstore in Dedham Square. All residents are encouraged to read the books and participate in discussions and community events. The first will be this Tuesday, when the Museum of Science in Boston will bring its Starlab planetarium to the Oakdale Elementary School. E-mail dedhamspace@gmail.com to participate.
