Jean Fox, chairwoman of the Board of Selectman, is facing a challenge in the April 1 town election from Lee Baumgartner, a Finance Committee member, for a seat on the board. Baumgartner is a retired technical services manager for Flint Inc. Fox, who is manager of the South Coast Rail project, is a two-term selectwoman who has been involved in town government for about two decades.
