The new East Bridgewater Council on Aging center, at the Sachem Rock Community Center at 355 Plymouth St., has changed its hours. The hours are now Monday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. The phone number remains the same, at 508-378-1610. The center opened to residents last month, after a Special Town Meeting authorized a $3.75 million debt-exclusion override in February 2011 to fund the project.
