The town should have a new director for the Council on Aging within a few weeks, according to Assistant Town Administrator James Johnson. He said eight candidates were interviewed to replace Barbara Coghlan, who retired in January after 33 years on the job. “We are still getting calls from people saying how much they miss her,” said interim director Carol Fellini, who said she is not applying for the position. “She was fabulous and she did it all quietly. No bravado with Barbara.”
