Annual Town Meeting and Special Town Meeting will convene at Plymouth North High School at 8 a.m. on April 6. The Community Preservation Committee has proposed several appropriations, including $550,000 to restore headstones at the Burial Hill Cemetery; $190,000 to fix up Stephens Field; $350,000 to acquire a parcel at 308 Court St. and create a pedestrian entrance to Veterans Park; and $355,000 to acquire land and build a public restroom facility at White Horse Beach. The committee is also requesting funding to acquire a multifamily home at 366 Court St. and convert it to affordable housing.
