The Board of Selectmen plans to name its choice for town manager at its meeting Monday night. Last week, the search committee narrowed the field of 34 applicants down to four finalists: William A. DiLibero, former town administrator of Charlestown, R.I.; Grady E. Miller, former town manager of Narragansett, R.I.; Richard J. LaFond, town administrator of Carver; and O. Paul Shew of PEER Consultants, an engineering consulting firm. The successful candidate’s first day on the job is expected to be July 1, the day after current Town Manager John D’Agostino’s contract expires.
