Congregation Sha-arey Shalom will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its leader, Rabbi Shira Joseph, with two concerts at the Main Street temple. Members said Joseph, ordained 18 years ago, has demonstrated tremendous leadership in the past decade. “I think the congregation is very appreciative of the rabbi, and we always look for opportunities to bring the congregation and community together, and it seemed like a good time to do that,” said Cecile Arnold, an event organizer. Julie Silver will perform Jewish music at a concert for adults April 27 at 8 p.m. and for children and families April 28 at 9:45 a.m. The concerts are open to the public. For tickets, call the temple office at 781-749-8103.
