Board approves new business

The Planning Board approved plans by Robert J. and Ruth A. Sundby of 153 County Road to open a custom silk- and dry-flower arrangement and picture-frame business on their property. The couple plans to build a 24-by-24 foot structure to house the business. Ruth Sundby is a former guidance counselor at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School in Fall River, and left the job to devote time to her business. She has been selling her creations at such events as the Rochester Country Fair, the Wareham Cranberry Festival, and the Downtown Plymouth Waterfront Festival. She said the couple plans to break ground in early May and be open for business by July.
