Drunken-driving and negligent-homicide charges against 19-year-old Dedham resident Edgard Henriquez have been withdrawn, according to police in Jaffrey, N.H. Police said Henriquez was driving a car that crashed on New Hampshire State Route 202 on April 14, killing one of the passengers, 19-year-old Peter Melville of Dedham. Henriquez and another passenger, Tyler Tobin, 18, of Dedham, were taken to Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, N.H. In a statement released Monday, Jaffrey Police Chief William Oswalt said the investigation into the crash warranted dropping the charges against Henriquez.
