Dalby Farm offering discounted group tours

To welcome in spring, Dalby Farm off Grove Street is offering group tours this Sunday for a discounted price. The farm, which features exotic animal breeds, typically offers tours for $75 an hour, which can get costly for small families. The event hopes to bring several families together, costing only $4 per person. “Usually we do group tours with a minimum [number of people], but this way, there is no minimum. One person can come or 10, and we can put everybody in one group,” said Cheryl DiTommaso, program director and farm owner. The spring event, which has been several years running, grows every year, DiTommaso said, with families coming out to explore the farm’s treasures and meet the farm’s pets. “We figure it’s a nice way to include the community,” DiTommaso said. Tours are offered from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.Preregistration is required; call 781-545-4952 or e-mail
