Town Meeting opens Monday at 7:30 p.m. at Hull High School. Among the items on the warrant is a request for $800,000 to do preliminary work to place utilities underground along Nantasket Avenue. The intent is to make the area more attractive to both residents and developers, he said. A similar motivation is behind a warrant article for a zoning overlay district that would allow a mix of residential and commercial development in the Nantasket Beach area, he said.
