Field of honor for veterans

The Sons of the American Legion are looking for volunteers to help put up close to 500 American flags at the Veterans’ Memorial on Cohasset Harbor on Saturday starting at 9 a.m. The flags will form a Field of Honor, an annual tribute to veterans and the military, according to Tom Wigmore, commander of the Sons of the American Legion in Cohasset. The field will be dedicated in a 1 p.m. wreath-laying ceremony on May 25, he said. Wigmore said this is the seventh year that Cohasset has sponsored the tribute.
