The Planning Board approved a request by Rochester-based Johnson Family Investments to build a produce market with a window for ice cream sales at 806 Mill St. The 4,300-square-foot store, to be called Fieldstone Market, is at the site of the long-dormant Frigate Restaurant. The Planning Board vote sets operating hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the market, and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for ice cream sales. Johnson Family Investments officials said construction on the new market should begin soon, with a projected opening date of next spring.
