Hearing for businesses charged with serving minors alcohol

Town Manager William R. Ross said that the hearings will be held during the regular selectmen’s meetings. “There was surprise and dismay” at the number of businesses that were charged as a result of the operation, especially since restaurants and stores had been warned that one would take place, Ross said. He said it is unlikely any of the businesses would permanently lose their liquor licenses since none have any recent violations.
