Foxborough High School will have a new assistant principal on board when school starts in September. Mansfield resident Beth Ann Sylvia, who has been an assistant principal in the Freetown-Lakeville School District since last August, began her new job last week. Previously, Sylvia worked in the guidance department for the Norwood Public School District. Sylvia will work with fellow assistant principal Joseph Heinricher, and replaces Robert Delaney, who will lead Taunton Alternative High School, a new school opening the fall.
