Hearings for liquor licenses

Selectmen will hold public hearings on two applications for package liquor stores on Tuesday. Town Administrator Frank Lynam said both locations previously held licenses to sell wine and beer, but the licenses had expired or been turned in. The new owners of Jay’s Market at 359 Bedford St. and of Bostonian One Stop Shop at 7 Marble St. are applying for licenses. The hearings will be held at the selectmen’s meeting room at Town Hall.
