Car accident victim dies from injuries

A 65-year-old Canton woman died from injuries suffered in a car accident on Walpole Street early Sunday evening. According to Canton police, Mary Morningstar was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer when her vehicle was struck head on by a Corvette driven by 19-year-old Steven R. Walsh, of Walpole. Walsh’s Corvette crossed the center line before striking Morningstar’s car, police said. Walsh, who was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Boston along with a passenger, will be changed with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation and a marked lanes violation, police said.
