Plan calls for 10 two-bedroom units on Summer St.

A proposal for 10 two-bedroom units at 351 Summer St. will be before the Planning Board when it meets on Monday. Shawn Reilly, the lawyer for Zebs Realty Trust, developers of the project, said the housing would be built on a 0.77-acre parcel of vacant land between the MBTA railroad tracks and an auto repair business, near the Abington station stop. Part of the process will involve cleaning up oil storage tanks, Reilly said.
