Attention, landlords: Anyone who plans to rent out a dwelling unit, “annually, seasonally, or weekly,” is now required to register with the Wareham Board of Health by Oct. 30 so a state sanitary code inspection can be scheduled. Registration forms can be obtained in the Board of Health office or online at www.wareham.ma.us. This rental property regulation was adopted by the Wareham Board of Health on Sept. 4; violators can be fined $100.
