MOVING ON UP — Groundbreaking for the second phase of The Commons at SouthField Highlands took place last Wednesday, at the site of the former Weymouth Naval Air Station. Phase 2 is expected to include 72 apartment to be leased next summer, joining 226 units that already exist.
