A special Town Meeting has been set for Nov. 18 after one in August failed to draw a quorum of voters. Town Administrator Frank Lynam said the items on the agenda remain the same, including a request for $200,000 needed to provide air conditioning for Town Hall. Also, voters will be asked to approve paying about $200,000 in bills, including those from the city of Brockton for sewer service it provided in past years. At the last special meeting, which drew 114, voters failed to meet the quorum of 150, he said. Next month’s meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
