Nomination papers will be available on Feb. 10, opening the campaign season for the annual town election in which terms are up for two positions on the Board of Selectmen and one on the School Committee. Selectwoman Diane Kennedy said last week that she intends to run for re-election. “I plan to get my papers and officially announce on day 1, Feb. 10,” she said in an e-mail. Selectmen chairman Fred Koed’s term also expires this year, as does that of School Committee vice-chair Paul Ognibene. Town Clerk Carol St. Pierre said last week that she will seek re-election. Candidates have until March 24 to submit their papers, she said. A full list of positions on the May 10 ballot is available at
