Work has begun on an 18-unit condominium development at 599 Washington Place, near routes 14 and 53. The units will be located in the former Animal Rescue League of Boston shelter building being renovated for the purpose by MEGRYCO of Plymouth. It will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 900 to 1,850 square feet. Each will include hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, kitchens with granite countertops, custom tiled showers, on-site parking, and access to outdoor patios. Ranging in price from $250,000 to $399,000, the units are being marketed and sold by Lynne Morey, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Plymouth. MEGRYCO is currently redeveloping the Plymouth Armory into a 20-uinit condominium. Located in downtown Plymouth, Residences @ The Armory is expected to be ready for occupancy next month.
