Residents, alumni, and other guests are invited to check out the new $96.5 million Abington Pre-K/Middle/High School at a ribbon-cutting and open house with tours on Sept. 16, beginning at 2 p.m.
School officials are asking people to arrive early and carpool, since some of the site work is still being done.
The new building at 201 Gliniewicz Way was built adjacent to the former high school, which was demolished.
Brait Builders of Marshfield was the general contractor for the construction, which was ahead of schedule and within budget. Ai3 of Wayland were the architects.
