The Powder Point Bridge in Duxbury will be closed on Oct. 30 for the filming of “The Equalizer 2” movie.

The movie is a sequel to the 2014 film based on a television series about a retired agent who is a hired gun for vengeance, according to imdb.com.

The website says the movie will star Academy Award winner Denzel Washington, who was featured in the first Equalizer movie; Pedro Pascal, of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” and “Kingsman: The Golden Circle”; and Bill Pullman, of “Independence Day” and other movies, including the first Equalizer movie.
