Learning more about food

St. Luke’s Episcopal Church is hosting a nutrition lecture beginning at 7 p.m. Thursday at the church, 5 Washington St. The lecture will delve into details about food products, including a presentation on how to read those sometimes confusing nutrition labels. Bring along a can or box of food and learn exactly what it contains in order to make better health decisions.
