Time for annual dog licenses

The town clerk begins issuing annual dog licenses this week. Residents can license their dogs at the clerk’s office during regular business hours, or through the mail. Proof of a current rabies vaccination must be provided. Owners have until May 1 to license their pets, or face a $15 late fee, plus $5 per month up to a maximum fine of $50.
