Supper, talk for caregivers

Caregivers are invited to a free Valentine’s supper Feb. 13 and discussion with Lisa Fredman, from the Boston University School of Public Health. Fredman’s research points to the health benefits and resilience in caregivers that may outweigh the stresses of the job.
