The seventh annual Bellingham Challenge 5K road race has been scheduled for April 29. The road race, which benefits the high school girls’ lacrosse team, will start at 10 a.m. at the high school, with number pickup and race-day registration from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Those who register online or by mail by April 14 will receive a commemorative race T-shirt. The cost to preregister is $20, and $15 for children ages 10 and under or adults ages 55 and older. On race day, the cost to register jumps to $25.
