The Watertown Free Public Library is starting a round of literacy-tutor training for adult ESL learners on Wednesday for its 25-year-old Project Literacy program. Aspiring tutors attend five mandatory training sessions that end on April 4. After that, tutors meet with their assigned students - either individually or in small groups - once a week for a minimum of a year.
