Toland lands hospital position

Karen Toland is the new clinical manager of endoscopy services at Marlborough Hospital and its facility in Southborough, according to an announcement by the hospital. The Bolton resident was hired by the hospital’s president and chief executive, Karen O. Moore. Endoscopy services encompass a variety of diagnostic tests to identify digestive-tract disorders, according to hospital official Ellen Carlucci. Toland has extensive nursing and management experience, and had been serving as nursing director of endoscopy at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Worcester, and the nursing manager of endoscopy at Lahey Clinic. - Ellen Ishkanian
