Open house at town garage

The Board of Public Works will hold an open house from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the maintenance garage, 195 Main St. The open house will give residents an opportunity to tour the facility and learn more about two articles to be considered at Town Meeting. One article would designate town-owned land on River Road for a new Department of Public Works facility, and another would fund construction documents, engineering, and final design specifications for the project. - Jennifer Fenn Lefferts
