Town election results

Incumbents won reelection to the Wellesley School Committee and Board of Selectmen Tuesday as a quarter of the town’s 15,478 registered voters cast ballots. K.C. Kato won a second term on the School Committee, and Terri Tsagaris was reelected as selectman. Three people were vying for two seats in both races. Kato came out on top in the School Committee race with 2,288 votes, followed by newcomer Tere Ramos with 1,591 votes. Jennifer Looper received 1,422 votes. In the selectmen’s race, Tsagaris finished first with 2,394 votes, followed by Donald McCauley, who was also elected with 2,164 votes. Royall Switzler received 1,640 votes. - Evan Allen
