Spring trail walks start April 4

The town’s Conservation Department staff will lead a series of trail walks on Wednesdays starting April 4 and continuing through May 30. The walks are sponsored by the Conservation Commission, the Council on Aging, and the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust. Each walk will take place from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., rain or shine, and cover about 2.5 miles. The inaugural hike on April 4 will start at Mount Misery and go to Farrar Pond; parking is available at the Mount Misery lot on Route 117. - Jennifer Fenn Lefferts
