Weekend event targets teen achievement gaps

Teams of Latino and African-American students from 10 Greater Boston area high schools will compete in Bedford this weekend in a new competition created to help local schools close achievement gaps. The first annual LA2 Tenacity Challenge will be held Saturday at Bedford High School at 9 Mudge Way in Bedford from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
