Douglas Dias has been named the principal at Medway High School. Dias is principal at Canton High School, and previously served as assistant principal at Westborough and Holliston high schools. He also taught physics, engineering, and math at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional and at Framingham High, and was an engineering officer and nuclear test engineer prior to his career in education. Dias will replace Richard Pearson, who was recently named associate executive director of the Massachusetts Secondary Schools Administrators Organization and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association.
