Historical district up for vote


Voters will decide whether to adopt a historical district at this spring’s annual Town Meeting, an attempt by local history aficionados to preserve the town’s Yankee roots. The district created by the local bylaw would closely mirror the boundaries of the already established national historic district in place, while adding areas along Wattaquadock Hill Road for protection. - Matt Gunderson
