Titanic program at library

The Norfolk Public Library will hold an event commemorating the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. The event, targeted at children in grades 3 through 5, will explore the legendary shipwreck, and let participants practice sending messages in Morse code.
