Town Meeting opens Monday

Residents are reminded to attend this year’s annual Town Meeting, taking place Monday. The most talked-about warrant article proposes to increase the Board of Selectmen from three members to five, and create a more powerful town manager position. The full warrant has been posted on the town’s website, www.southboroughtown.com. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Trottier Middle School, and will continue Tuesday night if needed. - Jennifer Roach
