Supermarket eyed for Polaroid redevelopment project

Boston-based developer Sam Park's bold bid to redevelop the sprawling Polaroid campus overlooking Route 128 in Waltham is apparently drawing interest as the economy picks up. Park said he is in talks with Market Basket, which is exploring plans for a Waltham store that could help anchor his new project. But this is turning out to be anything but a quick turnaround job.
